Attendance Report
1 Select the Attendance report from the Reports
database window.
2 Select a Tracking Area if desired.
3 Select one of the following from the Card Hold-
ers area of the window to define the report.
All: reports on all card holders during the dates
specified in the date range
One: reports on an individual cardholder during
the defined date range, using the Card Number
and Name fields [displayed when the One radio
button is selected].
Group: reports on a designated group of card
holders during the date range, using the Access
Level field and Note Field [displayed when the
Group radio button is selected]. Additionally, a
text field is available to further define the note
field contents.
