4 Use the Number of columns to print option to

set a basic print parameter for the report.

5 Click the Sort tab. The Card Report can be

sorted, in order, by up to three categories.

6 Use the Sort Order drop-down lists to select the

categories determining how you want the cards

The categories chosen can be sorted in Ascend-

ing and Descending order. Ascending order will

sort the cards alphabetically or numerically, and

Descending order will sort the cards in reverse

alphabetical or numeric order.

7 Click the Advanced Card Holder Filter tab.

The Card report can be also be filtered by a

number of Card Holder categories.
